Product(s) may be exchanged up to 14 days from the date of purchase, accompanied by the original receipt and remaining unused in their original packaging and condition. Exchanged product(s) must be stored in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications, including storage in a dry and stable condition. The Recovery Current DOES NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR REFUNDS, and may make exceptions only in limited instances at its sole discretion. If a product is returned by mail, the customer is responsible for the entire cost of shipping and handling. Product(s) with manufacturing defects may be exchanged within 30 days with an original receipt, with shipping and handling covered by The Recovery Current.

The Recovery Current uses FedEx, USPS, or UPS when shipping products. Each package goes through a documented quality control check prior to shipping. The Recovery Current guarantees the exchange of any defective product(s) if reported to Customer Service within five business days from the date the package was received. Such determination shall not be a cause to cancel the transaction; instead, The Recovery Current guarantees to exchange the product(s), covering all associated shipping and handling costs.
