The Recovery Current guarantees the exchange of any defective product(s) if reported to Customer Service within five business days from the date the package was received. Such determination shall not be a cause to cancel the transaction; instead, The Recovery Current guarantees to exchange the product(s), covering all associated shipping and handling costs.
